Return Policy

Charlie Writes Horror wants you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact Charlie Writes Horror with your order number and the reason for the return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Digital products, such as ebooks, are final sale once downloaded, except where required by law.
